Stitch Pulse

AI-driven software for South African enterprises

Stitch Pulse is a suite of AI-driven software products built for enterprise businesses. Pulse agents support teams in every department, flag problems, answer questions and take action, with purpose-built tools for each function. No new integration required.

What is Stitch Pulse?

Stitch processes payments for some of South Africa’s largest retailers, insurers, telecoms operators and financial services businesses, online and in store. That's given us context on the needs of every team across a business: finance, risk, onboarding, operations, support, sales, marketing and more.

To run those functions for ourselves, we built our own tools across reporting, fraud, onboarding and more, so we didn’t depend on third parties. Pulse makes those tools available to enterprise Stitch clients, starting with Pulse Analytics, fraud prevention and KYC and KYB onboarding.

The Pulse suite

Each Pulse product is built for one job your teams do every day. They share the same data, and they're all built on the same secure platform.
