Stitch DebiCheck improves collection and authentication rates with a seamless, optimised mandate flow. Authenticated DebiCheck collections reduce disputes and debit fraud, saving on costs from fees associated with uncollected debits and improving collection rates.
With Stitch, businesses can collect DebiCheck payments across banks through a single solution with a higher conversion rate, and enable customers to sign mandates using their card at POS via upfront authentication, or TT3 realtime. They can also offer multi-method fallback options in the event of failure.

With DebiCheck, customers provide digitally authorised consent for payment, and collection is guaranteed to the merchant. It's much more difficult to dispute payments.

How it works
Customers can sign a DebiCheck mandate online or in person via POS. If a once-off payment is required at the time of purchase, they can choose their method and authenticate that payment before signing the DebiCheck mandate.
