CashPay is an easy way to accept cash payments made at an ATM or at a till point via retailers across South Africa, and attribute them automatically to a customer's digital account. You'll receive instant notifications when a payment has been made, and cash payments can be reconciled alongside transactions from other Stitch payment methods.

Cash at ATM

Customers can make a cash payment at an ATM by selecting "Cash at ATM" as a payment method when checking out. This will surface instructions for initiating a cash deposit. The customer will need to enter their unique reference when making the deposit to ensure the payment is allocated to their digital account.

Cash at Till

Customers can make a cash payment at a till point within retailer locations by selecting "Cash at Till" as a payment method when checking out. This will surface a unique barcode, which the customer can present to the cashier to be scanned, ensuring the payment is allocated to the customer's digital account.
